Key Programs and Initiatives .
1. School Support Initiatives
- Partner with school administration and offer volunteerism for mentorship programs and clubs, hall monitors, assemblies, and special days.
- Offer our Dream Builders programs to schools, giving young people the opportunity to explore their purpose and passion while healing from past and present circumstances.
- UYA offering pregame meals for athletes, coaching support, and 15-minute Bible teachings once a week when desired by coaches.
- Supply closets for both students and administrators filled with needed supplies monthly, alleviating the financial burden on administrators.

2. Off-Campus Activities
- The REC center programs, including Bible classes through LifeWise. LifeWise is a program we have partnered with that allows students to be bused to local churches or community centers during the school day for a Bible class as part of their weekly learning.
- Entrepreneurship, apprenticeship, and life skills classes to prepare students for future success. These opportunities are offered as after-school and weekend programs, taught by business leaders and entrepreneurs.

3. Parental Support Programs
- Fire Class for emotional and inner healing.
- Blaze program for purpose and future planning.
- Boundaries Class, Bible and Discipleship Classes, and GED Classes.
- Job location assistance and emergency assistance for families in our programs.

Become a City Changer by committing to ONEthing
- Time: Commit to one hour per week or one hour per month of volunteerism.
- Talent: Volunteer to train youth using your gifts or talents.
- Opportunity: Offer employment to a youth or parent who has gone through our programs.
- Advocacy: Help spread the word about City Changers of Memphis and the ONEthing campaign.
- Hosting: Host an interest meeting for those who would like to become City Changers or meetings for those who have already become.
- Financial Support: Become a monthly financial supporter of the programs listed.
Everyone is welcome to do more than one thing, but no one is welcome to do NOthing!
